Worst place ever spent all this money getting a key and it's not working on my truck called and texted and I'm getting ignored and all I want is my key to work to my truck like it's suppose to. So unprofessional. I do not recommend
Headed to work and my fob stopped working, i called this place and they got to me FAST! The tech was super nice, professional and helped beyond his job description I am sure. They made me a new key, replaced the battery and gave me a second set within minutes. The office personal was sweet and friendly, she had me a tech within minutes. Thanks!!! Great place of business
It was so cold and I was stuck without a way to get in my car. I called them and he was here within 15 minutes. It was unlocked, a new key made and Moe was so helpful. I would give 10 stars if possible. I HIGHLY recommend this company and praise them for their great customer service.

I now have their number saved in my phone!! I lost the only key I had to my 2016 Buick Encore while attending an event in downtown Memphis. Of course to get my car towed to a dealership it was almost $300 and to get a dealership to cut me another key they were talking almost $300 and I had to have my registration which was locked in my car!! I called a lot of locksmiths in the area and all of them were saying that due to my car being high tech that it would be a couple of days until I can get a key, especially since I didn’t have a second set. I finally came across this business and I gave them a call. It was such a simple process, the guy asked me what kind of car did I have, and if it was push start. After giving him the information he gave me a quote of $220 to come downtown to my car, unlock it, make a copy of the key right there on the spot without having a replica, AND programming it ON THE SPOT! All of this for $229?!!! I felt like God had answered my prayers! And what made it even better, they didn’t require me to pay them before they came, as most companies do. The guy came within 2 hours of me making the call, he unlocked my car, cut 2 sets of keys, AND programmed my keys RIGHT THERE ON THE SPOT! It took him less than a hour, and he was so friendly. This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in such a stressful time. I thank God for this business, they don’t bust heads with prices and they make everything so easy! When I told the guy he don’t know how much he just blessed me, I also asked if there was anyway I could thank him, and he just replied, just leave us a good review! So for that, I give them 1,000 stars!! And their number will forever be stored in my phone. If I could advertise their business on my car or a. Shirt, I would do so in a heartbeat because this business was that much of a blessing to me!
