Very relieved with my initial phone conversation with Roy. He was very clear about defining the product and the total cost without hesitation. His arrival was on-time and I found him extremely knowledgeable, flexible and easy going with my changing options for the back door locks. He and his Company provided the most AMAZING service. His truck is loaded with various products to best serve the various customer needs and he seems to be very familiar with all of them. He was not only very efficient in suggesting the most suitable product for my circumstance, but at the same time so respectful and courteous whenever I expressed a concern or I wanted a change. I was very happy and relieved to see solid, sturdy and high security locks in place. Not only was all work resolved, but to my great satisfaction he stood by the reasonable fair price he’s given me over the phone. It is very rare to meet such service people today; I strongly recommend him as the best Locksmith I’ve ever dealt with. Thank you!
