Amazing! In less than 10 minutes, I had four copies of a key made and they all worked perfectly! I definitely appreciated the simple and easy process of just inserting the key and choosing what I needed plus having a built-in discount and only paying $30 for the set was excellent!

The keys that I had made do not work!!! They were not cut according to the master so they don’t turn the lock. I tried to get a refund for the $25+ I spent but no response so far. I am totally displeased.

They're trying to sell "convenience", but the extra finishing work it required didn't feel very convenient.

The key did function after all that work, so I'll at least give it three stars.

Then I contacted them and got my money back and a coupon to print 3 more keys. printed 1 more from this machine and it didnt work. also tried copying my mail key which they had to mail to me. It took a while. took 5 business days but both of those keys worked. Their customer support was really easy but their cloning technology just sucks. I got 3/6 working keys. I technically only paid for 1 key so their customer support is really good. but it was a waste of time and not having the keys for that long was really annoying.
