ABC Locksmith was wonderful!!! We had an emergency exit door in our facility that wouldn't latch. Our general contractor had told us it would be a complicated and expensive fix. But when I contacted ABC Locksmith, they got a technician out within an hour, and it turned out to be a super simple fix. I would highly recommend them!!! They are fast, reasonable, and reliable.

Will never use this company again. My wife got locked out of our house, and against my better judgement I ended up using this company over another. When I called I tried to get a quote and they wouldn’t give me one but said the technician would call me back. Tried to get a quote from him when he called and he wouldn’t give me a straight answer, but ended up telling me it’s $40 service fee and starts at $95 to unlock, but it “depends on the lock”. The other company I got a quote from gave me a $45 service fee and FLAT RATE of $94 to unlock. I figured it’s basically a wash between the two, but then I call my wife and she tells me it ended up being $190 and took him less than 5 minutes total… Upset I called the technician to try to understand why he added an extra $55, and apparently he said the “first method” to open the door didn’t work so he had to walk 10 feet back to his van to get a different tool… How do we even know he didn’t just use the wrong tool the first time, beware of this business they will SCAM you.
