Ari came out today and replaced an annoying smart lock, that for some reason kept reprogramming itself. He even went all the way back to his shop to get the perfect match for our hardware. This was our second time using flat rate locksmith. If we ever need key or lock services we will call them again. Ari was very kind and respectful and did an amazing job! ??
