Reviews

What customers say

Several customers praise prompt service, and two say their keys worked; one also found the key-copy kiosk convenient at a Fry's store. One customer says decorative key designs were very limited and had to be shipped. Mark T says his sister's car fob lacked its hatch button, leaving her unable to open the hatch; after he contacted KeyMe, he says he was directed to its locksmith partner and later received no follow-up.

My sister lost her only key to her 2013 RAV4. She Called KeyMe in Peoria and they came out to resolve the issue. First she was told that her RAV4 is a Canadian model so it would probably cost more. Also said that the proximity key fob did not have a blade key inside because they are not available in Arizona. She now has a fob that is missing the hatch button and low and behold of course it has an uncut blade inside. Also a little fact for ya all. All gasoline rav4’s are made in Ontario Canada. So for the bargain price of $675 she’s got a half working key fob and has been lied to blatantly. Stay away!!! Mark T. So to follow up on your reply on 12/14: I contacted KeyMe and have been told to contact the locksmith partner you dispatched if I have an issue with your service. If you guys don’t want to step up and make this right, then so be it. I’m not jumping through hoops to do what you should be doing. So you have no control over your locksmith partners. Good to know. Your locksmith partner ripped my sister off and lied to her. She has no security key and can’t open her hatch. Does $675 sound fair? 3months later and nothing but crickets and a $675 key that doesn’t work. “SCAM” 4/20/2025
