Called to have a car key copied. And they no showed. Called back twice to check on it and was told I would receive a call back. Never did. Recieved a text 4 hrs after the scheduled appt saying the technician was trying to contact me. I called the office and asked what the deal was - no apology or explanation, and it was the same person that told me should would call me back earlier. They asked what time I was available tomorrow. I asked if he was actually going to show up, she said yes, is 10am good. At that point I realized then I don't want to do business with these people, and their lack of explanation and apology for missing a scheduled service is telling of the work they do if they actually would show up tomorrow. She didn't say anything and just hung up. If this business actually responds bad Google reviews and tries to say that they tried to contact me, they did not. If they did there would have been a call on the missed call log, or a voicemail. The tech had no issue calling me earlier in the day, so there's no excuse for not following me up and letting me know he wasn't coming.
