Awful service I left my key inside my car and they took about an hour to arrived and as a suggestion you should the customer know how much your going to charge for the service . In my call they just let me know the person available would take 30 mm in arrived and then they just click over the phone and they took an hour .Bad customer experience.

I had the absolute worst experience with this company.First he tried to charge me $400 for a key reprogram and once he was done with the job only a few hours later the key stops working and I call back saying I need help because I’m stranded now. 24 hour locksmith sent another technician who didn’t know they were on a call back and tried to charge me agaaaain same day, I even had the receptionist talk to the technician about it and the technician was clueless about not having to charge me and eventually told me he couldn’t do the job. Next day the same technician that reprogrammed my key came back and all of sudden my key works when he’s there and then tells me “ I will have to charge you if you make me come back out here for nothing” like are you serious I was the one going through a hard time and he’s complaining about having to come back. Then when he left it stopped working AGAIN and I called back and they said they would call me back in a few minutes and to this day never called me back…Ultimately come to find out the technician never removed the paper film inside the key fob causing the problems the whole time and I had to go to pep boys just to figure that out once opened Pep boys ripped into they’re pricing saying how the shell of the key fob is Chinese crap and now my lock and unlock buttons aren’t working on the key once pep boys removed the film over the battery. This place is totally scamming us hard working citizens.
