Reviews
What customers say
Some customers found the kiosk process easy and said their keys worked, while others reported copies that failed to turn locks or open doors. One customer praised an immediate refund after a failed cut; another said the refund link would not accept their phone number. A customer locked out of a car called the service good but a little pricey.

Kyke Williams
Great service little pricey but it was on me that locked the keys in the car so you gotta pay the price
Jerry Konop
The keys both work fine. Amazing key cutting machine.

Spent $16 just for none of the keys I got to even work. I’m pissed.
Tara Mooneyham

Had a shop key cut and doesn't work. I've had other keys cut at same Kiosk and were great. Now the text receipt link won't except my phone number for refund. It's the same number I put in the machine. Obviously because it sent a message after purchase. I tried my email and says no records found. Kind of sounds like a way to keep people's money to me.

Key that we had was kind of Jankie, if played with enough it will fit in the lock. Probably get a new one at Lowe’s. Would not recommend getting one from a machine.
Carolyn Bottoms
The keying process was very easy to navigate. The keys however were not any good. They cuts did not match, (i did push key all the way in). They did not open the door. The cuts were way off. The reason I am giving 4 stars is because the refund process was very satisfying. They refunded me immediately. Thank you.

The key doesn't even work! It didn't even match up to our house key and our house key was rarely used. Hardly work down so there should've been no reason why it didn't copy correctly. If I could give zero stars I would!
