Had a tremendous experience there earlier this week. I was working on fixing a door handle/lock and just could not find the right type of screw for it at hardware stores. I went in to explain the problem and Shawn was able to diagnose the issue right away then provided me a screw and hex wrench at no cost! I appreciate the level of customer service despite not even making a sale.

Could have sworn I wrote a review of this place. They charged me a decent amount to make a new key for my car and program my car to acknowledge the key. They messed it up and the secondary key ended up with a teenager lock on it. When I asked them to fix their mistake, they told me they would charge me for programming the key again. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK.
Shawn and team were able to program keys for my Nissan. Had a few bumps because of security features of Nissan, but the team at AA got it under control. They were very friendly and great customer service.
