Called to get an estimate on one door unlocked, he told me starting is $80 I asked if there is a service charge to come look at it he told me he’d have to come out and look at it. He shows up tells me the single lock will be $180 and I told that’s way more than I was expecting and he said it’s $50 either way for the service charge. So I get him down to $160 all for it to take him 8 seconds to do it… If it only takes you 8 seconds to do it for $180 then what lock would possibly be $80 these guys are scammers and they know it.

If I can, I’d give them zero stars too. I called to try and get a quote for the Stockton location and was repeatedly informed to come in because the technician has to plug into the vehicle to find out if a pin is required, what type of remote is needed, etc.. Every other place I called, even the dealership did not require me to come in, they provided a quote over the phone. I don’t think your technician understands what a quote is. Forcing your customer to come in or even sending a technician out so they can give you information defeats the purpose of a “quote”. Technicians should be able to provide quotes for all possible scenarios without requiring a customer to come in. This Technician I spoke to became agitated and didn’t want to answer any other questions and said just give me a call when you’re ready to come in and hung up on me. That was extremely rude and unprofessional. First of all, I would not come in because I don’t know what it’s gonna cost me and it would be an inconvenience if I’m only asking for a quote. All I was trying to do was get a quote. I’m trying to shop around for the best cost so I can make an informed decision so having to drive to a location makes no sense for a customer trying to get a quote.

I would give 0 star Because they give me a quote of $289 for bringing and changing locks for me. But instead the guy charged me $350 and only changed the front 3 locks and for inside didn’t install any knob. It was extra $150. These guys offering less and if you say I can’t pay and they say well we come here so you have to pay service fee for nothing. So find someone good.

if you could give zero stars, I would. Do not call these people.I was charged $395 and they did not fix the problem, instead told me that I needed to order the parts pay for them and they would come back out and install the parts at an additional charge. the man spent maybe 20 minutes in my house Luckily we only paid $100 cash so the rest of the chargers are being disputed. It’s not even a real Business all they do is dispatch locksmiths. complete and total ripoff, it should not be allowed. Google should be responsible for these people!
