Reviews
What customers say
Several positive accounts praise helpful service and prompt work; car-access assistance was described as calm and kind, and Jacob is credited with making a new key in less than 30 minutes. A customer seeking help with a broken fob recalls a free midnight estimate and help arranging payments for a new fob. One customer describes a serious problem: the dashboard was left apart and the prior working key bent; a follow-up technician was sent but needed another part, and the reviewer says the ignition still did not turn properly with the new key and a later response went unanswered.

Jacob was wonderful, he gave a free estimate at midnight to open my infiniti and even worked with me with setting up payments when I was unable to afford the new key fob. Great service and great company here in Phoenix. Highly recommend

Jacob did an amazing job with helping me get access into my car. He was calm and kind when I was feeling so stressed out. Thank you for a tremendous service! I appreciate all you did.

I hate leaving bad reviews but I’m trying to save people from the horrible experience I had. Please do not use this company.
My key worked but my fob broke so it was jenky. I called to fix that. I ended up having my whole dash taken apart and he said exactly “this is a waste of time” and left my car like that and my prior working key was bent. Me and my sister called 9x over a 24 hour period without me having a working car to get this addressed. Corey sent someone. They needed another part to fix the prior guys damage. Another 24 hours without a car. Eli was the tech. He was nice.
It worked but the ingnition still didn’t turn right. I took it to Honda and the new issue was the key they made. Report attached. So this whole thing without a car. Money for Ubers and the key was bad. I’ve yet to receive a response from Corey and Sure Lock Key and am pending attorney involvement.
Please don’t use.
