Unfortunately, 3 out of the 3 keys I had made didn't work. Very unfortunate. I've used the same kiosk in the past and did not have any issues.

UPDATED POST: While I originally posted this as a one star review, I am changing it to 5 stars as the company's response time and subsequent reaction to my post was stellar. They issued an immediate refund for the non working keys. Thank you keymelocksmiths! I would love to understand what went wrong/caused my keys to not work, but since I've had success with this vendor in the past, I will use them again.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Was too expensive, about 11 dollars for the standard key. It asked if I wanted to make a second copy for 30% off and I did. But it never gave me the second key and charged me for both. Since it is a machine and doesn’t print out a receipt the Vons employees couldn’t help me. I called their corporate office and they said they could only authorize a refund of 8 dollars which isn’t even the cost of 1 of the keys!

I made a duplicate key at a key me kiosk. It works perfectly in my lock. Other times when I have had keys made at other places, they have not worked well. I will use their kiosk again.

I had 2 keys made at a kiosk at the grocery store. It was convenient and quick. One key did not cut accurately, however, it was an old key to an old lock. I submitted a claim and they refunded me the next day. Great customer service!

I had to get an extra key for a car I had just bought. The key had a transponder in it so it was going to be expensive. I noticed the Keyme machine and thought it would be convenient. It was so easy. I put the key in, and Keyme measured it I typed in my address and swiped my card and about 3 days later had my key. It works perfectly.
