Called and asked how much to reprogram and cut a 2nd key for a 2014 F150. I was told it would be $100 and that they are only a mobile company so the only option is for them to come to me. I verified again, "so the cost is exactly $100 for this service", this was confirmed, but he said i should order a blank key from amazon first and then call him back. Got the blank key and called him back to schedule and confirmed again that the total cost to do this was $100.00. Tech shows up at my house and says the price is $155.00 as he needs to add $55 service charge. I said changing the price is bad business and i didnt appreciate it. He said "call someone else" and left. They clearly stated one firm price on the phone then tried to pump me for an extra $55 on arrival. I give them 2 stars instead of 1 since they did show up when they said they would.
I was quoted $100 and was told someone would be here in 20-25 minutes. An HOUR LATER, a guy shows up and charges me $129. Then, had the nerve to get an attitude with me because I'm upset about the price discrepancy. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! And, after making me wait that long, he told me if I didn't want to pay the $129, he could leave and I could call around. Because that's what someone really wants to do after waiting for an hour to get back inside their house!!!!! I will NEVER use them again. It's the PRINCIPLE. Don't lie! I'm the wrong person to have screwed for a measly $29. Since I'm all about action, I will show you better than I can tell you.SURPRISE! JUSTIN GERITY is owner of both Express Locksmith and Safe Key First Locksmith, which is actually the name on the receipt I was given. He is running a scam from both businesses. You call Express only for a guy from Safe Key to show up and charge you a different price than what was quoted to you by the guy you contacted at Express. Then, they play like they are not one and the same.

Hi just wanted to start off with saying these guys are fast, friendly, and reliable. I was in town for a huge business meeting that needed to happen in person. So while I was preparing all night for the biggest meeting of my life, I went to go pack the car for my meeting and realized I had lost my keys! They were locked in the car!!!! I scoured the internet for locksmith but these guys were the only ones who responded quickly and courteously. They were here fast and just in time for me to leave to my meeting!
