I was there an hour ago . I have used you once before at Ralph’s Sepulveda . First time perfect and have recommended your service to there .
Today had an another key made and visually it wasn’t even close . I don’t have a pictures to compare because I had so many groceries etc . I have lost the key .
So I don’t expect you to refund my money unless you’re feeling like it . You need to have that machine tuned up for future people. I spoke to a Ralph’s employee and she said it’s getting bad reviews . It’s very convenient though. So I hope you refund me . I will make another at another location but that machine needs a tune up . Will

It works ok, but the key had sharp abrasive bar. I had to sand paper it to remove them. And also your price is not competitive, it is too high for self service.
