I was there an hour ago . I have used you once before at Ralph’s Sepulveda . First time perfect and have recommended your service to there .Today had an another key made and visually it wasn’t even close . I don’t have a pictures to compare because I had so many groceries etc . I have lost the key .So I don’t expect you to refund my money unless you’re feeling like it . You need to have that machine tuned up for future people. I spoke to a Ralph’s employee and she said it’s getting bad reviews . It’s very convenient though. So I hope you refund me . I will make another at another location but that machine needs a tune up . Will
Was able to get a refund when the keys were not cut properly. The second scan did a great job however. Thank you and support!
It works ok, but the key had sharp abrasive bar. I had to sand paper it to remove them. And also your price is not competitive, it is too high for self service.
If you want the key quick, don't do this. I really didn't need it that fast so it was good.
