This place been around forever. No matter weird the key looks, they can usually duplicate it.
Horrible Customer Service. 0 stars. I had scheduled an appointment with a 9-12 window. At 12 pm I called and was connected with Kevin, the owner and he assured me he would call back. 30 minutes later. Still no one, I called back again. Kevin assured I would receive a call back in 2 minutes. Didnt happen. Tech didnt show up until 1:15. He was friendly. After the job was completed I called Kevin to see what the best they could do on the job and was and he was less than friendly. Made a ton of excuses about why he never called back and didnt even care about the fact that there was ZERO communication. I will never use this company again.
I’ve never left a review like this before but their driver in the white van almost ran me off the road on Pv drive south. I honked as he cut me off and then he proceeded to aggressively tailgate the car in front by less than a car length on the single lane road through the landslide area.
Appalled at the level of customer service. I'm a very friendly person and ensure that is conveyed in all my business dealings which is why I had to share my experience here. I called to request an appointment for a quote for lock repair with the understanding that a trip charge of $89.50 would apply. Emailed pics for their review and called back several times, but each time I was told someone would get back to me. On my last follow up call, I was told by Kevin that they were "dragging their feet on responding" because they don't provide quotes and repeated that charge would be an $89.50 trip fee plus repairs @ $115/hour. I didn't understand why they were unwilling to schedule a quote since they were still collecting the $89.50 trip fee regardless if the repairs were made, and he replied very bluntly "No, that's not the way we do business." Well, that's not the way I do business either. Less than one star if possible strictly based on level of customer service.
