Had a key made for my camper and my Dodge pickup. Excellent service. Great people. Would recommend them to anybody
Nice shop. Very helpful. They were able to make me a spare key fab for my 2011 RAV4. Price was less than the chain hardware store.
I was quoted $45 yesterday by Carlos (owner). When I came in today it was $70. I said yesterday I was told $45 and he said oh well then $45. I thought this was a bit shady and rude. The same key was “fixed” for $125 about a year prior. When I walked in the shop it was empty and both the owner and employee saw me but did not welcome me or saw hello. They waited until they were done with what they were working on to even acknowledge my presence.
Another unpleasant phone call with Carlos today. Sounds like he is always annoyed. Called to ask about a quote, but Carlos set me straight real quick and said I started off with the wrong questions. How dare a customer ask questions to understand. I am sure elsewhere can appreciate my business.
Fantastic expertise! I have a Mercedes and lost one key FOB which was built in the year of changeover between "factory only" and "aftermarket eligibility". Carlos ordered and programed a Mercedes-branded FOB with Keyless Go which even the dealer declined to do.
