Two out of three keys don't work. I chose a dotted (blue/white) design and those two keys don't work. The regular free key is the only one that worked

Reviews
What customers say
Two customers report that their copied keys did not work: one says two of three failed, and another says a third key failed. One customer found access easy and described the environment as friendly; another says a key would be scanned and mailed instead of made there, at a higher cost than a hardware store. A separate customer said the price difference for work on a doorknob was unreasonable.

Stephanie Wilder
The 3rd key didn’t work.
David Handman
Will not make your key there. It will be scanned and mailed, at a price much higher than a hardware store.
Tess Potchen
Outrageously expensive. $329 “deal” to put two drills into my doorknob. Honestly could have done it on my own if I had the time to look it up. The technician was nice and all but he said it was a $70 job… yes there may be other people in their office but that difference in price is not reasonable in any reality
