Doesn't have precuts to just cut the key for the make and model. And very rude in just hanging up when you decline the home service. Very poor customer service and cutting abilities.

It just so happened that my teen needed a set of hosue keys. While out returning Xmas presents low and behold we see the machine. Super fast and literally identical key made in 5 mins or even less. Will go back to get an extra car key made :)
