Brought in a tumbler that I needed the pins reset. They were great to work with and took care of my problem right away. The pricing was reasonable and I was about the door shortly. I unfortunately dropped the tumbler trying to put it back in the door, and sheepishly had to go back to have them do it again. They understood my mistake and were able to take care of me again.Friendly service, would definitely use them on my next project needs. Next time I think I should have just paid for a house call to have it done right the first time.
Called up a locksmith and was referred to Tri-County Locksmiths to help with our stuck ignition in our van. Fred came to us within a couple hours, quickly assessed the issue and got right to work. Everything was completed as discussed, and he was super helpful, and nice as well which goes a long way. We definitely recommend him for all of your locksmith needs.
I had a 30 year old front door handle/deadbolt with a broken internal part that prevented the thumb latch from working. The owner on Thompson knew exactly what it was, found a Baldwin replacement kit in the back and didn't charge me a nickel because Baldwin 'gives him the kits for free'. Baldwin is an excellent brand and offers lifetime warranty for the original owner - but not me - and the owner could have charged me a lot to avoid buying an entirely new $700 door handle but he didn't! He knows his stuff and was great to deal with. Use him if you can to make up for the free parts he gave me!
Went in after a another locksmith made a pretty bad automotive key. George helped me and cleaned up the key at no cost, plus he threw in a spare for my trunk to test out the problem. George was amazing and made me feel safe about the key not getting stuck in the ignition. I will always come back from now on. Great business and amazing people. 20/10.
I had to replace my car key shell (remote model). George, the owner took his time and was very thorough on getting the correct match. He knew what to do, since he had to use plan B...taking off my glove department lock to get a precise reading for the new key. George is a very trust worthy and honest person. I accidentally left my credit card and he went out of the way to contact me. He held on to the card till I was able to retrieve it. I would highly recommend going to Tri-County Locksmiths
