Reviews are mixed. Customers frequently mention the kiosk’s convenience and fast process, but several report keys that did not work after duplication. Pricing is noted as higher than some traditional options. A few reviewers also mention difficulty reaching support or resolving issues.
Didn't even get to the service. The guy on the phone said they dont make copies of keys and hung up before I could even get another word in.EDIT: In response to the company's message: I've ve been to the website and there is no clear path to contact anyone or address this issue.
I thought it was a good experience however, the one key was kinda pricey. I've had a key made for $5 but this was about $13. And this was just for one key.
This is the second time I've had a copy made of the same key. The first time, I thought I'd made the mistake of copying a different key, and this time I made sure I had the correct one. I tried each key, and they didn't turn in the lock; they didn't open the door. I tried the original, and it turned and opened the door. I'm sure they're the same key because I put them together with the original on a single keyring without any other key. So, I've already lost between $30 and $40. Very bad experience.
Just a duplicate key. Cool machine. A little pricey I thought but so convenient
Key was made quickly that wasn't an issue.... but it didn't/ doesn't work ????? waste of money
