This machine works well and is easy to use, but I'm a little disappointed by the options you can choose from. I see some in the machine that you can't select on the screen, and there's also like 50 slots but only 8 choices for your keys.Also I've been to a number of these machines multiple times and they're really annoying. All of them have the same problem of a mismatch between keys you see in the machine and keys available to select. The only difference is how bad the problem is. Or sometimes the machine doesn't work at all.
Please change your description. The listing states it does car keys but says directly on the machine that it doesn’t. Please adjust this and I’ll change back to 5 stars. The machine works great for house keys, just a little bit annoying to drive to the store and discover the service stated isn’t available.
Easy to use and everything was in stock, even had options for special key designs.
