No good It didn't work.
The keys is not working I need my $10 back
The key cut by your machine doesn't match the original one, therefore I am not able to unlock the door with it.
The direction to the place was good, but the keys I duplicated are still with me, unable to open the locks - useless machine.
Unprofessional, Overpriced, and UnreliableI had a terrible experience with this locksmith service. My apartment is only 0.9 miles away, and they initially told me they would arrive within 50 minutes. However, it took them at least 90 minutes to get here. The lock was a standard door lock, but the technician struggled to open it using their tools. At one point, they even suggested I might need to break the lock entirely! On top of that, the pricing was unclear and extremely high. The person who came did not seem very professional, and the overall service was frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this company to anyone.Cost me about $300 to unlock this door.
