Nick was great. 1/3 the cost of getting a key then the dealer. I lost my 2015 suburu cross trek key. The dealer wants crazy money to get a single replacement. I called Nick and he called me right back. Made an appointment. I couldn’t get the car to him so he did a good old fashion house call and got the job done. Would highly recommend him.
I have nothing but good things to say about Premiere Locksmith. I had a 2010 Volvo that I lost my only key too and the dealer wanted outrageous money to make new keys. Not many lock locksmiths make keys for Volvo’s, maybe two in the state. Nick was the gentleman that handled my call, the entire process was worry free and the communication great. He assured me that I would be taken care of in a timely manner and at a fair rate and that is exactly what happened. I highly suggest them for all your locksmith needs!
I called Nick to see if he could cut and program my VW keys. He said it wouldnt be a problem and we set a date and time. He showed up on time to what was scheduled. Cut my key, programmed them to the vehicle and I was on my way. Service was exceptional and fast. Using Premiere saved me from having to deal with the dealer and saved me money! I was very impressed with Premier locksmith. Nick was courteous prompt and acted very professionally. I'm a single mom and very very conscious of who I let around my children and who I let into my house. I felt very comfortable having Nick at my house. I feel that the price was more than fair, especially since it was such short notice. Not only was he polite and courteous on the phone he walked me through the whole situation, something that I've never been through before, and he had a lot of patience. I would highly recommend this company. I feel that it's worth the money tenfold, just to have somebody as professional and courteous who got the job done so quickly at the house. I would recommend them, and I would have them come to my house again.
