The manager came to our home to check that the space and area to load was safe due to the snow storm. The team who did the move was very respectful and very careful with our belongings. Three moves in four months. With my mom in the hospital and in a panic, after a budget moving service cancelled at the last minute, I reached out to Express Moving and Storage. Brittany quickly got back to me and was able to quickly accomodate without any price gouging. Although it was just moving a few older pieces a short distance (1 mile) to an assisted living facility, I was in awe of their care in packing an quickly realized they were well worth any price difference my original company. When my mother passed, I used them to move those items (and more) back to her house. A month later, once her house sold, I used them to move items I was taking to Boston. As I decided what to take with me, the items/quantities changed and appreciate the flexibility in working with Brittany - keeping the move in budget. The movers again were very wonderful and accomodating. Extremely efficient but without sacrificing care or attention to detail. Highly recommend for a no stress move regardless of the size/distance.

These movers are punctual, organized, careful, friendly, efficient, and extremely meticulous with the handling of your furniture. I would highly recommend their services. I was quite nervous to allow strangers to handle my furniture and carry it up multiple flights of stairs that turn in a new construction home that had never been lived in; however, despite the size and weight of my things, this crew managed to complete my move without damage to my home or my belongings. I would definitely use them again. Worth every dollar spent.
