Our experience with this company was extremely disappointing. We were quoted for a full-service move of a 5-bedroom house with a detached garage, yet the truck that arrived already had another load on it. The driver immediately realized that everything wouldn’t fit and left behind our living room, basement storage, and garage items.What followed was even worse. The company sent a second, smaller truck the next day, which again could not handle the load, forcing a third trip. For a company that does this for a living, the lack of planning, organization, and coordination was unacceptable.Communication was equally poor. The dispatcher could not commit to dates or times for follow-up deliveries and I had to chase them down myself to find out when items would arrive. At no point did they take ownership or make an effort to resolve the situation.Overall, this was a stressful and unprofessional experience that I would not recommend to anyone. If you value reliability, communication, and competent operations, I suggest looking elsewhere.
Excellent service and communication. The driver and movers arrived as scheduled and on time at both the pick up and drop off.The quoted price was what I ended up paying. There were no up charges.Everyone was very professional and there was no damage to my belongings even though I was moving across the country from the East Coast to the West Coast.
Boxes smashed at least 1 to 2 items broke in each box. 3 pieces of furniture broken including an antique sewing machine table. The driver was on time for pick up and some miscommunication with delivery too new home. I was impressed with the company at first but after the arrival of my stuff not so much. A box also went missing .
We worked with O'Brien's Moving with Allied and had a great experience. The packing team was professional and efficient. The driver they arranged was the ultimate professional and was very helpful in coordinating the physical loading and then unloading at two locations. All in all, we highly recommend!
