Walter Lozano was the contact and manager and he confirmed every detail and made sure execution was perfect. The crew was run by Lee, and we also had Shamari, Derich, and Alex and they were all excellent. They are timely, professional, courteous, QUICK, and very fairly priced. I had an amazing experience with America’s Family Moving and Storage! From the very beginning, Raul made the planning process smooth and stress-free over the phone—he was super helpful and made sure everything was set up perfectly. On moving day, Rodrigo and Ainsley (Lee) showed up right on time and were incredibly fast, strong, and professional. They carefully wrapped and protected all of my belongings, and took great care while moving everything into both my storage unit and my house. They were also so friendly and easy to work with. The whole experience was seamless from start to finish—I highly recommend them!
