I was excited to use movers for the first time. Was not a pleasant experience. I wouldn’t use this company again. I said the job I needed done to the best of my ability asked what was needed to start what information was needed from me and did not give the proper information apparently but If the workers were uncomfortable moving open boxes and loose items they should have said that before starting the job. Owner and workers repeatedly said I was threatening to send someone on them. Originally the owner said they were on the phone with a customer when I tried to resolve the issue of them attempting to charge me almost double as well as leaving out the fact that you have to pay for the time it takes them to drive to you to even start the job and other things. Then he said he was on the phone the whole time when I alllegedly threatened his worker. My friend was on the phone with me the entire time and after they left called and spoke with the owner and was confused and surprised that he said i threatened to send him after them. Super weird experience. Almost don’t even want to try movers again.
Delicate Touch Moving was so helpful with our move! Kaden and Koda were so efficient and really nice guys! We have a young bay that made things tricky but they were so accommodating. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone!
This is the second time we’ve hired Delicate Touch for a move. This move we had Johnny and Richard helping us for a veryyyyy long day. They worked extremely hard to get the job done and didn’t stop until everything was at the new house. We had no issues with them moving anything. They were respectful and efficient. Time and time again I would use and highly recommend them. They are fairly priced, honest, and quick to give you a quote.
Brought back the guys from Delicate Touch Moving to finish our move. They are the best! They are so polite, careful with our furniture, and asked if they could put our bed together so we had a place to sleep in the mess of moving. Hire them! You won't be disappointed!
