After my move, we discovered my bed frame was tilted and not totally stable. The owner of safe responsible movers came out within an hour of us calling on a Friday afternoon, spent thirty minutes stabilizing it, and is ordering the replacement parts from the Article website ?? never experienced such great customer service. Will be using these movers exclusively in the future. 11/10

Excellent! It’s not just a name, these guys are actually safe and responsible (I would add friendly, cost-effective, fast, and efficient.). The entire process was smooth and well-thought out. They gave us moving tips, and told us how to get moving parking space permits (and offered to do that for us if we wanted them to). It was the smoothest move I’ve ever had.
I highly recommend these guys.

This was my second move with SRM (first was Worcester -> Boston, this one was Boston -> Somerville) and would absolutely hire them again for my next move.
The teams are always a joy to work with, they're incredibly fast (about 2.25 hours for my first floor 1 bedroom into a 2nd and 3rd floor apartment with a tricky staircase; my roommate went from a 4th floor apartment with a long hallway to the elevator into the same tricky staircase unit as me and it was around 3 hours). Chris was very communicative about arriving a little late due to traffic and the entire team (3 men each time) asked questions instead of making assumptions.
The tiny buttons on the feet of a piece of furniture came off making it a little wobbly (plus you know. Boston homes having uneven floors) and they offered to come back the next day with felt pads to even it out! Very considerate of the whole process.

Movers showed up slightly early but called in advance to let me know. No big deal. Three movers worked hard and quickly. My move was fairly simple, already packed in a storage unit to an apartment. Move time went slightly under what was expected. Final price was the low end of the quoted price. Positive experience and would recommend. Communication with company prior to move was prompt. Moving is stressful and they certainly helped to reduce that stress.

Safe Responsible Movers of Boston is by far the best moving company, I have ever experienced myself and through my friends and family. The owner Chris Amari, his manager, James and his the three lovely gentlemen that moved me were unbelievable. They arrived early. They were fast. They were efficient. They were very aware of some of my furniture that was very expensive and they had the right equipment to move it without a scratch. I tell you the price, the people, the attitude and the efficiency this company has I feel why would you use anybody else. I was introduced to this company through my niece who used them and said she had a very good experience with them. I would and I will recommend them to all my family and friends that Need to hire a moving company.

They were on time, extremely careful with items, and very professional. They moved quickly and efficiently, They made the move so easy. I was so surprised by the extra care they gave when disassembling and reassembling the furniture. True professionals and I highly recommend them.

Safe Reliable Movers definitely stands by their word. The movers arrived on time and were great with respect to communicating changes in their schedule. They were actually ready to move me ahead of time. I was not yet there and they readily agreed to wait until the original time.
The only problem I had was that the two movers had difficult difficulty reassembling my desk. After they left, I realized they had not put the drawers in appropriately. I emailed the owner. He responded immediately and actually apologized. He offered to come out within the next couple of days and actually refunded me $150 as he felt the his employees had taken too long to disassemble and reassemble the desk. Outstanding customer service which is not often seen these days.

Safe Responsible Movers was excellent handling my daughter's move from one apartment to another (with lots of steps and tight corners). They communicated well and gave a fair quote. On the actual moving day, the crew that arrived was friendly, quick, careful and very efficient. The actual cost was much less than our quoted cost. I can't say enough good things about the crew who handled our move!

???????????? I moved from Boston to Manchester on the busiest moving day of the year, and Safe Responsible Movers made it stress free and seamless! This is the first time that I hired movers, but the other reviews assured me that this company was the right call. I got quotes from 2 other local movers and SRM had the best pricing by far. Not only this, but James was very reliable and quick via email and answered all of the questions I had.
I moved studio apartments and the 3 man crew was SUPER QUICK!! I had many boxes, some items which were quite heavy, and there were no complaints- they loaded the truck in 30 minutes. All three of them were so nice and were able to even lift a few extra things into my father's truck for me. I will definitely be using them again for my next move!! A++++++
