Jasper & his team were top notch. Got my townhouse loaded & unloaded in about 4 hours! I will definitely be reaching out to them if/when I need a mover again.
I am saddened that I have to leave this negative review, but I feel obligated to warn others. I like to support local businesses, but this experience was a complete nightmare. Jasper came out ahead of time to assess the size of the move and give a quote. The price was very competitive, and he assured me that he could handle the amount of furniture that we had. He did show up on moving day with a Uhaul truck that did not seem large enough to hold all of our furniture, but assured me that he would still be able to do it by just making 2 trips. They were very nice, but his team damaged the walls and hardwood floors in the house that we were selling, as well as the walls and the carpet in the new house that we purchased. They also damaged my dresser, night stands, and leather sectional during the move. Several of the boxes were crushed in the moving truck. They were with us until 11pm, and still had not removed all of the furniture from our old house. We actually needed to be out of the house that day since the buyers were set to perform their final walk through the next day. I was able to arrange to delay it one more day so that we could have more time to get the rest of our things out, so I suggested that Jasper come back in the morning to finish. He said he wasn't sure he could do that due to labor costs, and basically insinuated that he would need more money. So I agreed to pay a little more, and he reluctantly agreed to come back the next day. But once I assessed all of the damage in both the old and new houses, I decided not to continue to use his services and to just pay for someone else the next day. I still gave Jasper more money, which I now regret. He apologized for not being able to complete the move, but that was all of the compensation that he offered. I think this company is better suited for small moves, and should not be hired for anyone with a larger house. They also need training on how to better protect furniture.
Completed job successfully. Mr. Jasper was nice and professional. Coordinated prior to the move so he had an idea of what size transportation to use. Set a cost in the beginning and stayed with that price. Would recommend his mover service.

Jaspers quality service movers were awesome. Two guys including Jasper came out on a couple hours notice, to help us unload a box truck and were done in an hour. They came out in the rain and sleet, and were very professional. Would definitely recommend and would use again if needed.
