We paid nearly $4,000 for a full packing and moving service, and our experience was deeply disappointing from start to finish.On packing day, the crew was at our home for approximately 4.5 hours. We were told the truck was getting full and were offered a second truck at significant additional cost, which we declined. Even so, we expected our home to be fully packed as part of the service we paid for. Multiple areas were left unpacked, leaving us with hours of additional work during an already overwhelming move — with twin babies at home.We also witnessed fragile boxes being dropped and items handled carelessly, which immediately raised concerns.Unfortunately, delivery day confirmed those concerns. During move-in, the crew scraped and damaged doors and walls in our brand-new construction home.This home is not just another property to us. We are a young family, and we worked extremely hard and stretched ourselves financially to make this milestone happen. Seeing it damaged due to preventable carelessness before we’ve even had the chance to truly settle in has been heartbreaking.What was most disappointing, however, was the response. When we raised concerns, there was little acknowledgment or accountability. We were simply told to “file a claim” after the fact. There was no meaningful attempt to correct the situation in the moment, no proactive solution offered, and no compassion shown despite the stress this caused our family.We hired a professional moving company to make this transition smoother and to protect both our belongings and our new home. Instead, we were left with broken items, visible property damage, incomplete services, and a response that felt dismissive.As a real estate professional, I understand that mistakes can happen. What matters is how they are handled. In this case, both the service and the follow-through fell far below expectations.We cannot recommend this Sarasota based franchise based on our experience.
When I called to get pricing, Noah was very upfront and honest. He provided a fair and reasonable price. I talked to the manager, Brian who revisited pricing exactly the same as Noah. The movers let me know when they were arriving and arrived on time. They quick, careful, and friendly. They definitely valued the time they spent on the job. They didn’t want to talk, they wanted to work so that you’re truly only paying for the work. The moved things without any damage. I would definitely use them again in the future if I need to move again. Thank you All My Sons!

Thorough communication from estimate to finish, everyone works in tandem to ensure the move is stress-free. Dmitri the estimator was very helpful in answering questions and customizing our needs. Then, the moving team - Wilson is FANTASTIC, and second time we've worked with him.He is friendly, detail oriented and leads the moving team smoothly-Sam, Cleveland and Micah (Mike) were very professional. Honestly I was pretty skeptical and they exceeded expectations. Showed up on time, good crew, incredibly nice to my family especially my little kids. They didn’t break anything on a 5 bedroom 2 living room move which is astonishing. Wilson the foreman was a delight and a grinder, Clint was exceptional helping me move things once brought inside. I hope to not move again but if I do I’ll be using this Team.
