Kolton, Christian, Sara, Valgene(super cool name, super cool guy), Zoe, Phillipe, and David and a young man I forgot his name, so sorry, also a gem, have been helping us move at Fleetpride in Cushing. The people in the Tulsa office were great. However, the move itself was a nightmare. Things were damaged and lost, almost no packing materials were used even though we paid for full packing. The boxes here show how they were packed and what it looked like when we opened them. Catfood pouches that had been in boxes were thrown in with linen and other goods and broke. They dented a new dryer, broke lamps, damaged hats, and generally were disrespectful about our goods. AND now we have not seen a settlement or anything with regard to our claim even though we bought extra insurance and this is six months later.
Eric Smothers and his guys, Trevor and Tony were outstanding to work with. They took the upmost care of our belongings from the packing to the moving. We had some valuable and tricky pieces of furniture that they were able to maneuver with ease. You will lose MORE than money using this company. Used this company to move from Texas to Nebraska. Not only was my delivery late, but some of my property failed to be delivered. Also, about 40% of my belongings were damaged, including a $2500 TV that was dropped due to only 1 mover carrying it. My husband offered to help, but the mover refused. I filed a claim since I PAID for insurance. 9 months later, I am still getting the run around. I have sent e-mails, left messages, and spoke with people directly who then transfer to someone else and I leave another message. Some of the properly that was never delivered are irreplaceable heirlooms!!!! My property was packed in storage bins with labels and duct taped. Some of the bins arrived with no duct tape! It was obvious my property had been delved through!
