The booking process was smooth, and I enjoyed working with Matt. After signing off on an agreed-upon date, however, I received a call stating the truck would arrive over 24 hours earlier than scheduled, which was immediately stressful.Pickup itself went well and the two movers were excellent and very helpful. Josh in dispatch was communicative and responsive.Unfortunately, delivery was an entirely different experience. I had multiple conversations and email confirmation that my items needed to be placed in storage for one month. While this was confirmed via email, it was not “checked off” on the move-out paperwork, and the company refused to honor the prior agreement.I was given less than 24 hours’ notice for delivery, which was not a realistic timeframe, making it impossible for me to receive the items.As a result, I was charged a $500 re-delivery fee just to push the date back. Even then, the company could not reconfirm a delivery date for nearly three weeks, despite repeated outreach on my end and once again provided less than 24 hours’ notice when delivery finally occurred.When my items were unloaded, nearly all of my furniture had damage. Items were not wrapped, resulting in scuffs, stains, and chips that were completely preventable.Overall, the experience declined dramatically from pickup to delivery. I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of care for my belongings and the failure to honor a clearly communicated and confirmed storage request. Disappointing for the premium price paid.

I don’t know where to start, this company Ab moving services have been incredibly amazing. From booking to drop off it was awesome. Myself as a big guy I could have done it myself, but Ab moving services has taken the stress off my back. Communication from the company was easy to access, Cierra had such a positive attitude when i or my wife called through the move. The movers worked fast and reassembled everything also placed everything where it needed to be. I couldn’t be happier with the work, dedication and work ethic Ab moving services has to offer to the world. Will be moving with this company again.
