I booked Zippy Shell for a long distance move. They were the better option best on price between other long distance moving companies. My only issues were when it came down to delivery my belongings to the destination location. There were similar issues with paying the remaining balance. At first it was my bank’s security procedures to prevent fraud but once everything was cleared up with my bank there still continued to be issues with Zippy Shell not being able to charge the remaining balance. That no longer had anything to do with my bank which delayed my belongs included my bed from being delivered. Following them finally being able to charge my card for the remaining balance, I was able to schedule a delivery date which ultimately got rescheduled while I was actively waiting for my things to be delivered. However, they were able to arrange the new delivery date for the next day. I scheduled a time for delivery but they arrived over two hours than originally scheduled. But I will say the movers themselves were really nice and helpful. They were able to move my things into my place really quickly. Their helpfulness almost makes up for all the other chaos that happened, if I could give them 5 stars only I would. A lot of the issues fall mainly on corporate and it feels as though the movers got the short end of the stick.
If you want fast, efficient, and well done service Zippy Shell is the way to go. They made my first time moving experience so seamless I didn’t have to worry about a thing. And that Dean was so helpful a great gentleman, he was attentive and he made his customers feel like family if you need to find a moving company that works up to standard and is reliable then ZIPPY SHELL IS THE GO TO !!!!
Dean and his team helped my parents move to KOP and it could not have been a more seamless transition for them. They were incredibly friendly, and experts at their craft. Great price and even better protection and care for my parents during the move. Truly invested in making things simple. 10/10 moving experience and best movers in Philadelphia!
Best experience with a moving company! They were quick and responsive. Regularly kept me informed when I was billed, when the truck and workers would arrive, offered me supplies at a reasonable rate to keep my things protected during the move.
