Seemed professional in initial contact, except they would not provide an estimated time, saying someone would call the day before and arrange a time. Nope, they just called and left a message at 0730 to say they were on the way! I tried calling the number of the person that just called and no answer and voice mail not set up. Problem was I was in the shower at another location at that time and they arrived and no one was there because they failed in their promise to arrange a time the day before. They were not there when I arrived and calls were not returned. Another message from a strange number was left, and when I called the person as requested they would not identify themselves or answer my question if they were Jordan Movers. I hung up as I don't talk with people like that. It's been a week and still haven't had the courtesy of a return call. Just isn't a professional-grade or caring company, so I would never use them now as the charges they quoted were for a professional-grade and caring company.

They just came to my house today and packed and loaded a 3 bedroom house with outdoor furniture. My family and I have moved cross country several times and this was the first movers to EVER pack and load the same day. They work fast, carefully, and efficiently. I’m highly impressed with their work ethics. Nothing was damaged, they took care of my valuable equipment, and were on time. Thank you for your work today!

What stood out the most for me was their honesty. They did exactly what they said they would do, charged exactly what they quoted, and treated us like real people, not just another job. I cannot emphasize enough how happy I am with this company! They have helped me with three moves. The ease and trust I have for these guys (and Danielle in the office) is unsurpassable!! The last move I did with them has an amazing story…. There was a class ring of my sons that was lost years before. One of the guys found it literally in the corner of the room, hidden by carpet. HE GAVE IT BACK TO ME!!! We would have never known it was found. It had been years since it was lost. I TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH MY WHOLE SOUL! IT IS THE ONLY COMPANY THAT WILL EVER HELP ME IN THE FUTURE!!! The ease of them wrapping and labeling everything makes it so easy for me. Nothing has ever broke! We moved from SC to TX, and we used Jordan River Moving & Storage. We couldn’t be happier! This company is THE BEST! You will be dealing with a carrier, no brokers. From my interaction with the people in the office to the crew, everybody was very professional. It is not cheap, but prices are affordable. The crew that loaded and unloaded our stuff in the truck were very professional, respectful in their demeanor and treated our belongings with respect and care. Our stuff exceeded the capacity for interstate travel, so they left some boxes in the storage for a couple of weeks. As promised, an 18-wheeler doing delivery across 4 states brought the remaining items. These were delivered within two weeks and again, my items arrived safe and complete. I am not planning to move any time soon again, but if I were to do it, Jordan River would be my first choice. I recommend this moving company to everybody!
