Pete Slavick did a phenomenal job. He arrived right at the start of the quoted delivery window, completed the delivery in under 15 minutes, and communicated clearly beforehand. He was professional, respectful, and made the entire process very smooth.Most importantly, Pete salvaged my PODS experience after a prior drop-off nightmare. Moving is incredibly stressful, especially when coordinating multiple things on moving day, and his understanding and professionalism made a huge difference. Very grateful for his help.
Just retired from California and moved to North Carolina. This company was integral in helping to make the move flawless. Every step of the way was handled professionally and with a personal approach. The drivers went out of their way to put the Pod exactly where I wanted it. They were friendly and very knowledgeable in their systems. In California the driver was Terrin and herebin NC the driver was Mario Johnson. Both wonderful guys, I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. If I have to move again, Im definitely using this company a 2nd time.
Mario Johnson is the brightest star ? of this wonderful show! He used a crowbar to push back a 35 lb bucket of cat litter, on his back. Mario saved the day and made the whole POD experience 5+ ?. Our PODS experience overall has been very good thus far, especially for an international move! At Drop-off Pete Slavick was incredibly communicative and talked through everything with us. He was kind and careful when maneuvering the POD. However, upon pickup there was a lack of communication surrounding the timing due to the pickup driver (not Pete) not calling ahead of pickup. This resulted in the final items needed not making it onto the POD and having to seperately ship those items. Outside of this, and some technology system issues outside of their control, PODS has been great!
