I had an amazing experience with All My Sons Moving & Storage! Howard and Lewis were absolutely incredible from start to finish. Howard and Lewis were professional, efficient, and handled everything with so much care. They made moving my one-bedroom apartment into my storage unit completely stress-free.They worked quickly but were still very careful with my furniture and boxes, making sure everything was wrapped, protected, and placed perfectly in the unit to maximize space. Their positive attitudes and teamwork really stood out — you can tell they take pride in what they do.If you’re looking for reliable movers who are hardworking, respectful, and genuinely great at their job, I highly recommend requesting Howard and Lewis. They made what could have been a stressful day feel easy and smooth!
I had a great experience using all my sons moving and it started off with the manager Zack. Great customer service and actually heard me out to what exactly I wanted in service. He sent me his crew of Jorge and Jacob who provided immaculate service. If I were to go with a different moving company I doubt I would have the same experience. Other moving companies take notes because I would model my company after this one !
The moving company workers were incredibly professional throughout the entire process. Every piece of my furniture was securely wrapped and handled with utmost care. Although the moving process had already been stressful, All My Sons made the transition much smoother. The 3 man team sent to us were fast workers and efficient. Thanks again !!
So, I called All My Sons last Monday the 9th of February. I had also called three other moving companies here in town. All My Sons seemed reasonable with a rate of $169 per hour. I alsoreceived a $50 coupon, but that didn’t help me outafter the fact.The job should have taken two hours, and I’ll tell you why; I had a total of 13 items. None of these items were boxes. Yes, it was all furniture; no appliances, no electronics, and no beds. The two men arrived at my location, and they were professional, but the main one having me sign on the tablet didn’t explain to me, or failed to ask me if I wanted all my furniture wrapped. Needless to say, I did not need all of my belongings wrapped!The couches, dresser, and chest of drawers, yes, but not every single item that I had needed to be wrapped!The two men took their time wrapping, and I even told them that my shelf stand, my desk and my daughters’ bookshelf did not need to be wrapped. Wrapping every single piece was a complete waste of time, and that’s why the “job” took three hours, because they rode the clock and purposely took their time. Had I known that they were going to take that long and charge me for materials, I would have not decided on them in the first place.Also, I had one stop in between my final destination, which was my storage unit, and they took so long to load up after they dropped off my dresser. I was even waiting at the exit thinking what is taking them so long? He called me to ask me the code to open the gate in order to exit. They should have been right behind me! They got to my final destination and then the main guy gave me my final quote which was for three hours, and it hadn’t even been the full three hours, and I was sticker shocked at the total.Mind you, I was charged a deposit, which was a little outrageous, and then I was charged for materials, and then I was charged for three hours, which like I said, should’ve been two hours, because I did not need those items wrapped, but they failed to explain that to me and asked me what items I needed wrapped.Lastly, they ended up calling their main boss to discuss the situation. It took him almost 20 minutes to respond, and they gave me a lousy discount, which I still wasn’t happy with. Allegedly they took a loss, but ultimately, I took a major loss! I can see if I’m moving across the state, and I have very lavish, expensive items that need to be wrapped, but have some transparency with your customer and work with their budget. I didn’t have that many items, and I certainly didn’t need all of it wrapped, and this resulted in me losing more money. A job that should’ve taken two hours ended up taking longer with two men that work hard, but they had zero sense of urgency.Paying $600 for a three hour move that should have been two hours is absolute highway robbery. There are other moving companies that are more transparent with the cost, and in the future I hope that all my sons is more transparent about that, because how I known, I probably would’ve had them not wrap a damn thing.
All My Sons is a great reliable and honest company! Zach and Matt were so helpful in setting up the logistics of my elderly mother’s move. Brothers Christian and Caleb did a wonderful efficient job in moving my mother’s belongings and they handled everything with such great care as if it were their own. They were also so polite, respectful and so professional! Thank you All My Sons!
