Broken promises. Did not listen to my needs. Overcharged. Damaged my household goods. Heavy items on top of light items. Did not follow protocol. Packed items I did not want. Provided no paperwork when delivering. Delivery driver was rude. Coordinator never answered the phone. List goes on….And so they reply to call that number, but I tried calling for an hour not getting anyone through the automated system and then once I did, they said there was nothing they could do but reach out to the very same coordinator whom has done nothing. There is no help. There is no fixing what was done wrong.
Very good experience. Driver was excellent. Movers very good. One mover at our destination, not so good. The overall experience was good. Everything was explained well, process, what to expect, cost, etc. They always answered all of my questions and doubts in a timely manner.

I hired them for a full-service long-distance move from Texas to Florida — and what I got was crushed boxes, broken furniture, missing items, and serious damage to my home.They never told me they were storing my belongings in a warehouse or switching trucks midway through the move. When everything finally arrived, it was clear things had been mishandled:• King adjustable bed – destroyed.• Custom furniture imported from Brazil – broken.• Mattress – arrived unprotected, ripped, and unusable.• Headboard, dresser, buffet, washer/dryer – all damaged.• Even my flooring and front door frame were ruined during the move-in.The total cost of replacements and repairs was over $10,000 — and I have the receipts to prove it. I submitted a claim in September 2024. For weeks, they were completely unresponsive. Only after I filed formal complaints through external consumer protection channels did they finally start replying.When they did respond, their evaluation was absurd. They offered just $1,863.97 after deductibles — barely enough to replace one major item. They treat your belongings like they’re worth nothing and take zero responsibility for the damage they cause.Their claim process is slow, dismissive, and deeply frustrating. If you value your time, your peace of mind, and especially your possessions, do not trust Allied Van Lines or Coleman Worldwide Moving. There are better, more responsible moving companies out there.I have all the pictures to prove. Shame company, Not reliable. They destroy your belongings and say it's not their responsibility.
Overall move was successful. Original agreed to packing date was changed last minute due to mistake in scheduling. Luckily we were available to accommodate Allied's error, as I assume if we hadn't our entire itenerary would have been blown. Also had multiple missing items (a few irreplaceable) at final destination delivery. Delivery was less than 48 hours from load date and our goods were the only ones on the truck. Very odd how these items failed to make the journey when we watched them get loaded. Ironically those stickered items do not show up on load out or final delivery inventory sheets provided. The three ladies that packed some of our goods were outstanding. The load and unload crews were great as well. We've moved many times and have used multiple companies. This one was as expected minus the suspect missing goods. Reimbursement of lost goods has yet to be determined which would affect rating.
First problem was with delivery date. The office said one date and confirmed it and I had to reschedule my travel, but then the driver called and gave me a different date and this was not negotiable. So I had to reschedule my travel again.Second: the driver took the check from my agent at the place of delivery and refused to follow any instructions. He have had said that he knows how to store my household’s stuff in a self storage unit and he did it in a way that the storage unit is tightly packed and I can not evaluate what has arrived and in what condition. Now I have to spend more time and money, hire movers to rearrange the storage unit so it can be accessible and used for long term.Yes, Allied Van Lines moved my household, but NO, I am not satisfied and I had to pay handsomely.
