If I could give 0 stars I would. I had my appt on Mon w Lucas & he told me I would receive estimate later in the evening. I didnt receive anything until Wednesday which said.... after careful review we cant provide service. I called & spoke w a nice woman (Elsa) who was honest w me & said he wasn't taking the job because I was getting other estimates & he couldn't match or beat them. Well, I cant answer what I wouldve done because I dont have estimate (s). If u want an estimate dont let him know u are looking to get different estimates because he will refuse to provide any service. Ty to Elsa for being so up front & honest because Lucas wasnt.
I highly recommend Braun Moving and Storage! They were extremely efficient and careful at the same time with moving all my items. The movers were hard working and very friendly. Their costs were reasonable and the office managers were easy to work with setting up the move and providing me with a quote ahead of time. I will certainly keep them at the top of the list of companies to hire for my future moving needs.
I can not say enough good things about Braun Moving with our recent move from CT to MA. From start to finish, the experience could not have been easier or more pleasant. Lucas, when getting estimate information, gave us fantastic packing tips that saved time, energy, and money. Elsa in the office was always pleasant, personable, and patient with my many questions. The stars though have to be the gentlemen on Gaberiel's team. They had the contents of the house securely wrapped, fully protected, and loaded in half the time I expected. This was done in the heat and humidly, all with smiles and friendliness. They were just as efficient unloading a few days later -- still in the heat and humidity all with good humor. I can say without reservation that everyone I spoke to and dealt with at Braun Moving was fabulous. If you are moving, Braun is the company to use! You'll be so happy you did.
Great experience with Braun Moving for a home furniture installation. Great communication with Elsa in the office leading up to the move day and the moving team was very professional. They took proper care and precaution and respected the home and product. Would definitely use them again!
