Paramount Van Lines

I had a TERRIBLE experience with Paramount van lines. The movers were completely unprofessional and cursing/arguing the whole time, I had to wait in my car because I was terrified of how much it was going to escalate. The costs of moving was never straightforward forward, they tried to upcharge me consistently. When they finally delivered my items they quoted me $150 to take my item upstairs although my contract waived the fee. My contract was $1,900 for my move from Florida to Texas in which they tried to upcharge me an additional $500 after I’ve already signed. My items were picked up on January 25th and I didn’t receive them until March 2nd. My two year daughter and I had to sleep on the floor during this whole time. The communication about where my items were was never fully answered until a week before delivery which caused me to not fully be prepared to stay in our new empty house. I’ve talked to Brittany, Erika and another Paramount associate for weeks with no update or knowledge when or where my belongings are from management. I 100% do not recommend trusting this company with moving, I believe my money could’ve been used at a more professional company.

I had an excellent experience with Paramount and Safe Moving LLC. The team was professional, punctual, and extremely careful with all my belongings. Everything was wrapped properly, furniture was protected, and the entire move was smooth from start to finish. Communication was clear and pricing was fair. I highly recommend both companies to anyone looking for a stress-free moving experience!

My experience with Paramount Van Lines was excellent. Shaun was professional as well as personable, and actually noticed concerns with another company's cancellation policy when I requested to forward their inventory/ estimate to him to save time. Britney was also very helpful in explaining the ins and outs of the Bill of Lading to me. Both of them were knowledgeable and patient, and allowed me a day (or two? it's a blur now!) to review their documents rather than pressuring me to sign the moment I called. In the end, I decided to rent a truck to drive myself (and hire movers to load and unload), but this decision was not due to the company's actions or prices. On the contrary, I wanted to give a great review because it's important to highlight when companies go above and beyond!!

Excellent Long-Distance Move Paramount Van Lines did an outstanding job with my move from Florida to South Dakota, especially on very short notice after my job gave me only one week to relocate. Britney and Ryan in the office made everything incredibly easy and stress-free, keeping communication clear and organized the entire time. The moving crew was amazing—professional, efficient, and packed everything perfectly. My belongings arrived on time and in great condition. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend Paramount Van Lines for anyone needing a reliable long-distance move

Paramount did an excellent job handling my mom’s move from Boston to Atlanta, Georgia. From our first contact the experience felt reassuring. Their customer service and reservations team communicated clearly and stayed on top of every detail. The moving crew was dependable and considerate. They showed care with my mom’s belongings and treated her home with respect. The entire move felt organized unlike what it would’ve been, had I rented a truck myself lol! Choosing a company for my mom was important to me. Paramount came through. I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing a long-distance move done right.
