I’ve called three times, and it’s been consistent every time.Daniel handled my initial calls and was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. The team called yesterday to confirm the appointment and again today when they were about 20 minutes away—great communication throughout.The moving crew, led by Jacques and joined by Keith and Rigo, was outstanding. I’ve moved several times over the past 10 years, and I can honestly say this was the best experience I’ve ever had. Ontavious and Rickey showed up early, scoped the place out, and got my big items wrapped and moved very quickly! I only had them move big items because I moved the little items and due to my fused ankle I didn't want to stress it. They immediately told me they had my back and we got the move from Boynton beach to West Palm Beach 2 hours on the DOT. That includes dropping my bed with adjustable frame, armour, TV stand to my new place first, and then moving 2 couches to storage after.They were very professional. Ontavious is very tall and pretty much was able to move items like I've never seen before lol.I HIGHLY recommend!!!! Disregard any bad reviews from Karen like people, these guys and company are the shiznit.Also to add my quote was higher than I actually paid which was surprising and a bonus for my wallet.
