Untrustworthy, irresponsible, unprofessional movers.By all means do not move with this group. 95% of the five star reviews are purchased - all comments stem from Indian based accounts.Bingo Moving Inc. engaged in a no-show on the day of my move - the last day of my lease. As a consequence, I spent a day waiting in an empty apartment, spent hours of time on telephone wait-lines and incurred an additional rental charge by my landlord.In the afternoon of that same day, I was rescheduled for a move the following morning. I was told this time around arrival would take place between 9AM-12PM. I again waited for hours at my apartment. Again my mover had failed to show up during the scheduled time period. Given the level of unprofessionalism reflected by Bingo Moving, I cancelled the service altogether. I lost another day waiting for the mover and was required to extend my stay at my apartment for additional time.Bingo Moving Inc. had displayed abysmal communication by not informing me proactively about delays and failure to conduct the move. I waisted over 2-days and incurred significant fees for not vacating my apartment at the contractual exit date.
These young men were just what we needed! Friends highly recommended Bingo moving and storage, and we weren't disappointed. They arrived early and, except for water breaks, never quit until the last box was out of the truck. The price was very reasonable. Thank you fellas for a job well done.
Extremely unprofessional and dishonest people. I would have given them negative stars if that was possible. They provided me a quote of $500 at the time of booking their services for packing and moving the furnitures and 2 boxes of breakables. I was told the quote included packing material and then moving all the stuff and placing everything at the new location. They turned up on the day of the move with 3 men who were extremely slow with their job. They took double the amount of time to do their job and charged me for the extra time. Essentially I was penalized for their own inefficiency. They did not even carry any packing material for the breakable items and ended up using my kitchen napkins and packing stuff in extremely shabby manner. They charged me for all the packing material as well although the quote was supposed to include that in the first place. At the end of the move the pulled out a bill of $900 for work that was quoted at $500. Then they threatened me at my destination location that unless I payed them in full they will not unload my stuff from the truck. No one even picks up calls at their management office to resolve issues. I was terribly cheated and duped by these people.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS MOVING COMPANY!!!! YOU WILL BE SCAMMED - THEY WILL LOW-BALL YOU AND THEN HIT YOU HARD WITH CHARGES LATER. I hardly post reviews, but this is worth warning future customers about.I was told by David that the cost of my move would be $490, +/- $50. I was told that Bingo was going to be a company that didn't low-ball the price and then hit me with charges after the job was finished. David was very nice with me on the phone and I was excited for at first to use this moving company.After everything was moved, I am told that the cost of moving my furniture was $1000! MORE THAN DOUBLE the amount that I was quoted at. Also, the movers spent triple the amount of time that it was estimated to take.I am disappointed that this company had the nerve to say that I was "playing games" with them by being upset that the bill was twice the amount of money that they quoted me. Not everyone has an extra $500 to throw around. The drivers even knew without telling me that the job was going to take much more time than David had quoted me. They should have stopped at 2.5 hours and let me know that the job was going to take the whole day rather than keep chugging away and expecting me to pay AN EXTRA $500.
The BINGO team is awesome! My wife and I had a move scheduled and unfortunately another company bailed on us. We were really left in a bad spot. We only had 36 hours until the move I spoke with Dave from Bingo and he immediately told me to be calm and that they would make it happen. The day of the move came and BINGO was there early and got the job done. The movers were very professional and did a great job with my furniture. I would always recommend Bingo. These guys saved our behinds. Thank You BINGO
