Customer feedback is mixed, with repeated concerns about packing care, item handling, and professionalism during some moves. Several reviews note dissatisfaction from military relocations, including reports of improper packing and damaged items. A few comments mention courteous behavior at times but inconsistencies in wrap quality and follow-through. Prospective customers often highlight the importance of clear expectations and on-site supervision.
Absolutely the worst moving company we've dealt with. First off throwing the marked high value items on the floor. Then proceeded to just dump everything on top of my ps5. All the while my 5 month pregnant wife was with my 3 year old child while I was working. How disrespectful and rude to have our whole possessions be treated like garbage. All the while just finding my garage and hiding in it from the horrible work they were avoiding. Terrible company and I am Disappointed.
Do not use this company if you are military! Request another moving company if TMO assigns them to move your stuff. I would give this company a 0 star rating if I could. They arrived on location and I showed them what needed to be packed. It seemed like they knew what they were doing at the time of packing but once I received my HHG at my destination I was extremely angry and frustrated. The movers were not courteous and smelled like they had not taken a shower for a week. They did not wrap or protect glass picture frames before shoving them in a box. They did not wrap my pellet grill with protective covers so it was all scratched up, and the chimney on it was bent from mishandling upon arrival at the destination. They did not label boxes so I had no idea what was in them when I received them. They stole some food that was supposed to be packed. They even had the nerve to leave trash in the driveway after they left. I was also shipping caribou mounts to my destination. I gave the dimensions to TMO and they sent them to the company. They showed up and stated they did not know I was shipping antlers. The lady at the company said they would need to build a crate for them to be shipped. It took over a week to build a simple crate. I requested them to build it prior to me leaving Fairbanks so I could confirm it would safely ship the mounts. They were unable to build it prior to me leaving the area. They thought it was smart to put a bunch of screws around the wooden mount thinking it would hold it and not damage it. Upon arrival, the crate was opened and found both caribou mounts had fallen from the their original position and laying on the floor of the crate. Both mounts were damaged. If that was not bad enough the company forgot a 5 gallon gas can while packing my house up. I took the gas can to the company and thought they would pack it into a box for shipment. The company took the lazy route and put it unsecured in the crate with caribou antlers. Again DO NOT use this company for moving your stuff if you want to keep your HHG from being damaged.
Well… they seemed nice and respectful of my things. Except for using my Bluetooth speaker to blast music and even when I hid it she took it back out. Only one wasn’t wrapping correctly but I helped her wrap all my kids toys she has just put in a box. I also informed them when they did the first initial walk through my couch needed a special crate built because it was too long, I was told they would bring it on pack day. They did not. I stupidly let them take it thinking they would put it in the special sized crate LIKE THEY SAID THEY WOULD. I even called the next day to make sure it made it and was told yes it was put in a crate. It just showed up in a cardboard box on the back of a flatbed truck Not even closed. FURIOUS is an understatement. The only thing I asked them not to completely ruin and they lied right to my face TWICE. When I called them to ask of course, they don’t know who I spoke to. Very disappointed. Lesson learned .
If you are military and have this company doing your PCS HHG I suggest you RUN. Not only were they very unprofessional by being disrespectful to my wife but they also used our items without asking, left blood on our walls and floor, improperly packed a majority of our stuff and stole from us. When we received our HHG at our new duty station right away we noticed that they opened the crates that were supposed to stay sealed. So many of our items are damaged due to neglect on their end and 80% of the items we had to rip wrapping paper off to see the item number.
The movers came to pack my house up on 22 June 2018, and they packed my bank ( one of the tall soda banks) which was half full of coins. I noticed it was missing and had them find it and give it back to me. I then put it in my downstairs bathroom one of the rooms I told them not to pack that had the stuff I plan to take with me in my vehicles. Well when they left my bank was gone, and I tried to contact my point of contact for the company Monique, no luck, I called the company and went to their emergency line and no answer, I left a message and sent an email. They can’t say they packed it again because it is not listed on the inventory sheet and it was in a room they were not supposed to enter. So if they are your moving company you better have someone to watch all of them in every room.
