Act of Class Moving & Storage

Choosing Act of Class Moving was truly one of the best decisions we made during our move. From the start, Phillip made us feel completely taken care of. He is not only warm and friendly, but genuinely kind, patient, and reassuring during what can be such a stressful experience. He answered every question, followed up thoughtfully, and made the entire process feel organized and calm. What impressed us most was how the team handled moving day. We thought we were fully prepared… and we absolutely were not. Closets still needed to be emptied, random pictures were still on the walls, and there were loose items everywhere. Instead of making us feel embarrassed or stressed, the crew immediately stepped in with kindness and professionalism. They carefully took down pictures, wrapped everything perfectly, boxed items we hadn’t packed, and even labeled the boxes. Every single thing was handled with care, efficiency, and attention to detail. They went far beyond what we expected from a moving company. On top of that, they were simply wonderful people. Down to earth, friendly, fun, and genuinely pleasant to be around. They turned a day we were dreading into one that felt smooth, supported, and surprisingly stress-free. We are incredibly grateful to Phillip and his team. It’s rare to find a company that combines fair pricing, professionalism, and true customer care. I would recommend Act of Class Moving without hesitation.

They packed up a recently purchased home and stored the items for us. Two months later, we had them move our furniture to our new home and the stored furniture to our former home. The scheduling was great, they took good care of our furniture, and the employees were great. Very satisfied!

We used Phillip and his team at Act of Class and they did a great job for us. We moved locally in Naples and had to utilize a storage facility before getting in to our new home. There were a total of four moves that they handled and each was done on time and at a fair price. All of our items arrived each time safe and sound. The guys took great care in making sure everything was wrapped correctly and set up correctly. Thank you!
