Three stars are for Kayla out of Fort Myers Florida, she’s absolutely amazing and is the only reason I stay with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK and didn’t change to a competitor.I originally booked with Saith out of Louisville, Kentucky, the guy I was working with prior to him was named Eric and they fired him for some reason, and he was absolutely amazing, then they sent a lady to my house and She never followed up with me, I left her messages and I guess she knew that she wasn’t going to be servicing me personally, so she never looked at me as a client. Or at least that’s how I felt. My job was passed off to a Florida location and I was ready to move on, I was even offered $1000 less from All My Sons, but I stayed with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK because Kayla was amazing, she communicated. She stayed with me through the whole process, she assured me everything would be good, and never left my side to the job was complete. Everything she told me was exactly how it was supposed to be and she delivered.
Prompt and efficient! The three gentlemen that moved our belongings were professional and communicated everything along the way. We are definitely happy with how the move went and not having to do the heavy lifting ourselves. Not to mention it didnt take all day!
Atishia Lubrun, Carson Snyder, Dmytro Bakay, we would refer to them as the A TEAM for the following, professional, efficient, very careful in handling our items, friendly, experienced & it showed. The first move was from a stilted home they rocked it had it done in less than 2 hours (even though there was no race). This was our 3rd experience using Two Men & a Truck all have been very good experiences, when we scheduled the service, we were asked if we intended to shop around our thought was WHY??? When you're dealing with the BEST fongoul the rest, respectfully. Kudos to the recruiting effort & training that is provided, in my opinion in that line of work it is essential to achieve the status this team demonstrated.
I have used Two Men and a Truck for over 10 years and they are awesome. They are always fast and have never broken anything. They wrap everything up so it stays together during transport and they have hard working movers who work fast and are very carful with all of your valuables. I will keep using them anytime I need to and I recommend they if you need a good moving company with great rates.
