Two years ago, AME Movers did an excellent job with my moves. However, in November 2025, I scheduled another move from one apartment building to another, including packing services.Yesterday, I called to express my concerns about how the movers handled my belongings. They packed my perfectly dry-cleaned clothes, folded them, and placed them in a small box, then proceeded to put my worn, dirty shoes on top of my clean clothes. I've left a message with they person who answered the call to relay totheir manager, Jeff, but have yet to hear back.Additionally, their prices have increased significantly. I trusted them to pack all my items with care, but they didn't do so this time. They packed my TV but left the cables behind, and they also left a few items in my old apartment, as if they didn't belong to me. The drive from my old apartment to the new one was less than a minute, and this time I had less furniture and fewer clothes.In hindsight, I regret tipping them after discovering how carelessly they packed my belongings. The difference this time was that I was alone during the move, while in the past, my older brother was with me. I have never had any issues with AME until this particular move.For the amount I was charged, my belongings should have been handled with care. Now, all my ironed and dry-cleaned clothes are wrinkled, and my new storage units cannot close properly.I recommend that anyone using their services be present to observe how their furniture, clothes, and kitchen items are packed. If you are able, consider packing everything yourself, and ensure that they do not open each of your boxes to add unnecessary paper or tape, which only slows down the process.Consider using another moving company that respects your property, regardless of the cost. If you are paying for a moving service, it should always be performed professionally. While the two movers were friendly, they didn't communicate much, and I trusted them to deliver the high-quality service AME Movers is known for. Throwing everything into a box is not professional.I can add pictures for anyone who would like to see a before and after or how my belonging were packed.
AME was the moving company entrusted to come load and pack the container for shipping to our new location. The drivers/loaders were very polite, handled everything with care and precision in their packing of the container. These guys were speedy, safe in their moves as we had a lot of rain and standing water on our carport, and a great pleasure to work with. They were very determined to pack as much in the container as they could, which was everything we had ready to go and only a tiny spot left empty!!Thank you, AME Movers! Your guys were the greatest!! We would not hesitate to contact you for moving us again!
Brian and Ty were so amazing, professional, and efficient! Their attention to detail and care they took of our items was excellent and we had such a smooth transition from our old house into the new one. We had gone with another moving company initially, but when they backed out at the last minute, Caliber stepped up and did NOT disappoint! I'm so glad it worked out this way and will for sure be using Caliber for any future moves and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who is needing movers. You won't regret choosing them!
I had a great experience with Caliber Moving Co. I was given a quote and the rates were specific. I was quoted about 5 hours and it took 4 hours and 45 minutes. I was sent a text when the movers were on their way. They arrived on time. The movers worked quickly and with care of our belongings. Everything arrived in our new place in great shape. The movers were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this company to others. I will definitely use them again for any future moves.
We were so very happy with our decision to go with Caliber Moving! I called Tony just a couple days in advance and I could not have asked for better service! From the rate, to scheduling, to the movers arriving on time and hustling! They were efficient but also very careful with our belongings making sure to not damage anything! I would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them in the future!
