Our move was scheduled two weeks in advance, and I was explicitly told that a 33-foot trailer would be provided. One week prior to the move, the owner personally confirmed that we would be receiving the 33-foot trailer and stated that the crew should be finished within 2½ hours at the latest.However, 15 minutes before the movers arrived, I received a call from the owner informing me that the 33-foot trailer would not be available because it needed to be used for a larger move in two days. Instead, we were told a 12-foot trailer would be used. When the movers arrived, they indicated they were unsure why the 33-foot trailer was unavailable and suggested it may have been in the shop.We were moving out of an apartment under 1,000 square feet, and both the owner and the crew agreed that everything could have easily been loaded onto a 33-foot trailer within approximately an hour. Due to the substitution of the significantly smaller 12-foot trailer, the crew was required to make multiple trips. As a result, the total moving time extended to four hours, with 2½ hours spent packing alone.The movers themselves were professional and did an excellent job under the circumstances. However, after discussing the situation with the owner and attempting to negotiate the final cost—given that the agreed-upon equipment was not provided—it became evident that this was handled in a manner that felt misleading. The last-minute change resulted in significantly more time and expense than originally discussed.While the crew’s performance was commendable, the management’s handling of the trailer substitution and pricing was disappointing and did not reflect the expectations set during booking.
Well, I’ll just say that my wife will not Allow anyone to move us except this company. I agree with her, as they are simply the best Movers we have ever used. They are dependable, on time, thorough, and organized. I refer them to anyone who will listen.

I used Bouffard moving today, only the 2nd time I've used professional movers and my first experience was ... Scary! I was hesitant to use more movers, but glad I did. Britt , the owner came out and gave an estimate, was very easy to talk to and friendly. I had two men come out today, not only were they on time, but they were a few minutes early! They were also friendly and easy to talk to. They worked hard without dilly dally or breaks. They took care of my items, nothing was banged up. Britt even called afterwards to see how everything went which blew me away! Amazing and will definitely recommend and use again. Best yet, they finished early keeping my price down. Thanks Greg and David, y'all are awesome ??
