I had a great experience with Excel Moving and Storage. The crew—Shane, Tim, Juan, and William—were absolutely excellent from start to finish with my interstate move.They were professional, efficient, and very careful with my belongings. I was so busy directing where furniture needed to go that I asked them to let me know when they finished putting the master bed frame together so I could add the bed skirt. When I went upstairs to check on things, they had already fully assembled the bed and even put the bed skirt on for me. That level of attention and thoughtfulness really stood out.They also took away about 70 boxes that I had broken down from my local move because I didn’t have a place to put them. That extra help made a huge difference during an already busy time.I highly recommend Excel Moving and Storage. Shane, Tim, Juan, and William made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
I had a fantastic experience! Even though my move was small, the team treated it with priority and professionalism. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind and helpful. I really appreciated that they took extra care with my belongings to ensure everything arrived safely. The communication was also excellent from start to finish. Highly recommend them for any move, big or small!
My agent and delivery team were both exceptional overall, making the move very easy and instilling a lot of confidence in the process.There was a miscommunication between my agent and the delivery team that could have made my move easier had they been on the same page (I was told to disassemble some furniture myself, which meant the delivery team would not reassemble it upon delivery; they would have reassembled if THEY had been the ones to disassemble initially). And the delivery team did make a small mistake that dirtied my couch, but I was able to mostly clean it back to normal.Overall, I would highly recommend Allied / Excel, just be aware that the agents may not fully know how things work with the delivery team.
The best of the best! Here are some photos of how they neatly packed our household goods for the overseas move. Shoes are individually wrapped and packed meticulously! Not like other movers I experienced first-hand, who unwrapped our shoes and cookware in one box!! But these guys went above and beyond. They live up to their company’s name. I forgot the names of these two gentlemen who did our HHGs, but you know who you are when you read this comment. ????
