That was a huge mistake.Two movers showed up, and I was told one of them was “new.” Being new does not excuse what happened. I have never experienced such aggressive, hostile behavior from someone inside my own home. This mover was openly confrontational and actually screamed at me in my own house. It was shocking and completely unacceptable.Worse than the attitude was the destruction. Every single major piece of furniture this particular mover handled was damaged. My dining room table — broken. My dresser — broken. My desk — broken. My bed — broken. I understand that occasional damage can happen during a move. But when nearly everything handled by one person ends up destroyed, that is not an accident — that is negligence.When I contacted the owner, instead of taking accountability, he avoided responsibility and minimized the situation, despite clearly knowing this employee had aggressive behavior issues. There was no real resolution, no ownership, and no professionalism.If you value your belongings and your peace of mind, look elsewhere. The friendly sales pitch and good reviews do not reflect the reality of the service I received.
