Terrible moving company. Overcharged me and damaged my stuff. Owner previously denied that I hired his company but that is a lie. I have bank statemants to prove it. I’ve lived in 6 different US states and moved too many times to even remember. TruMoving was BY FAR the worst and most stressful moving experience I have ever endured. Don’t hire this company.
I had to move last minute for a new job and the team made it completely stress free. They arrived on time, handled everything with care, and even helped set up a few bulky items in my new place. Super professional and efficient highly recommend
Arthur and Shai were great. The companies pricing is a complete scam. No mention of paying them drive time to and from their shop for a labor only move. Was quoted $160 per hour for moving. Got 30 mins of movers, had to pay for 30 minutes of their drive time both ways, and was charged $360 total. Feels like I was just scammed. If you need movers for a whole day I bet they are worth it. If you need them for an hour or two, complete ripoff of a company.
Excellent experience moving with this crew. Shay, Arthor, and Brian were a pleasure to work with ! We spend half the day getting things from one place to the new one and they were warm, friendly and professional the whole time. Shay went about and beyond making sure our expectations were met. I highly recommend using trumoving and will use them again in the future.
